 If you have every experienced the cattle call of employment agencies, you know it can be very frustrating.  Half of your appointment is spent testing and the other half is listening to some hyperactive agent speak about how great their agency is and what they can do for you, only to rarely hear from them later.  However, I have not had that experience with Chris Rubacky.  Chris really listens and focuses on the needs of his candidates.  I always felt that Chris was consistently working to get the permanent position I desired.  Additionally, I really appreciated his honesty and directness.  It was a pleasure working with Chris.
