Chris is the Founder and President of CVR Search. Chris opened CVR Search in 2002 on the strength of demonstrated client loyalty and his love of the recruiting field. A former teacher, community mediator, and conflict resolution/negotiations trainer, Chris got started in legal recruiting in the midst of the dot.com craze. With this unique background and low-pressure style of candidate and client relations, Chris is expert in building lasting agreements that focus on our clients’ priorities - be it quality, speed, or our guarantee structure.
In 2023, CVR Search is now based in the east coast. As Chris works in his third decade of recruiting, he is excited that CVR Search will not only be serving law firms, but will also be building new clientele in the non-profit, education and foundation world. CVR Search is committed to helping the organizations that power the much needed solutions to climate change and respond to other key national and global issues.
