Quality over volume – Clients can count on the fact that we will send fewer resumes, or no candidates at all, rather than try to fill their job with the wrong candidate. The only resumes we submit to our clients are worthy of interviews

Thorough interviewing process – While some agencies train their recruiters to AVERAGE as little as 15-20 minutes per interview, we take our time while interviewing candidates. We typically spend 45 minutes or more per interview. We are certain that the extra time we spend screening and interviewing our candidates will ensure that employers and candidates have the best long-term match.

Personal attention – Candidates and clients are served professionally and treated with dignity and respect. Candidates’ resumes are submitted for permanent jobs only with their prior approval and consent. Realistic and fair-minded negotiations in the job placement process – Chris Rubacky is a trained mediator who has worked for a number of nationally known conflict resolution organizations. He was trained by world-renowned mediators who have settled negotiations during international warfare, prison riots and various other complex business disputes. He is very comfortable negotiating salary issues for both candidates and clients. Chris believes strongly in the principles of win-win style negotiating and long-term relationship building throughout the placement and hiring process.
